Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face in a professional and courteous manner.

Listen actively to understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Guide customers through basic troubleshooting or usage instructions for products and services.

Problem Solving and Complaint Resolution:

Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors as needed.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.

Order and Service Management:
-
Assist customers with placing new orders, checking order status, making changes, or processing returns and refunds.

Verify and update customer information accurately in the system.

Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, sales, and technical teams for smooth service delivery.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.

Stay updated on new product features, pricing, and promotions.

Provide clear and accurate information to customers based on their inquiries.

Documentation and Reporting:

Log customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and service requests in CRM or ticketing systems.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer issues, trends, and resolutions.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer records and personal information.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals and KPIs.

Attend training sessions, team meetings, and briefings to stay aligned with company objectives.

Share feedback and ideas to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
