Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly and courteously
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using MS Excel, ensuring relevant information is readily available for reference and analysis
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience
4. Assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating product deliveries efficiently and accurately
5. Conduct customer surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
6. Support the sales team by generating reports and assisting in lead qualification, contributing to the achievement of sales targets
7. Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your customer service skills, product knowledge, and proficiency in MS-Office applications
