Key responsibilities:


1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and accurately.
2. Assist customers in navigating our product range, offering recommendations and solutions.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure confidentiality of their information.
5. Support the team in tracking and analyzing customer data using MS Excel, contributing to the development of effective strategies.
6. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
7. Continuously update knowledge of our products and services to provide the highest level of support and assistance to customers.
