 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Provide exceptional customer service via calling addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
2. Assist in managing customer accounts, including account setup, updates, and modifications
3. Collaborate closely with the customer service team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall customer satisfaction
4. Support customers with loan applications, guiding them through the process and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
5. Conduct comprehensive research on customer queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses
6. Assist in monitoring and managing social media platforms, engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or feedback
7. Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings, continuously developing your knowledge and skills in customer service
