Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide top-notch customer service and support to customers of Punjabi Burgers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
2. Handle customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and social media, resolving problems promptly and efficiently
3. Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers
4. Assist in processing orders, payments, and refunds accurately, keeping detailed records for future reference
5. Actively listen to customer feedback, identify trends, and communicate suggestions for improvement to the management team
6. Contribute to maintaining a positive company image by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
7. Support marketing initiatives by assisting in the creation of engaging content for social media platforms and interacting with online communities
