About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include taking care of customer queries and issues with orders online and on Instagram.
They have to look after qc of dispatches and handle issues with customer order and various issues post delivery.
The intern is incharge with all the customer grievances and issues related order and delivery.
The intern will also be part of website team sending marketing mailers and handling queries of abandon cart customers and various customer comments.
