 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, demonstrating excellent written and spoken English skills.
2. Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring ultimate satisfaction and retention.
3. Collaborate with the content writing team to create engaging and informative customer support articles and blogs.
4. Assist in operations tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
5. Utilize MS Excel to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and trends for analysis.
6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the customer service department.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
