Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
Improvement and quality assurance programs
Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
Fresher Salary - up to 16-20k
Experience Salary - up to 22-40k
Shift : US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift
Work From Office
Qualification:
10th, 12th, Graduate
JOB ROLE
Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process.
Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
Technical/service support.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
Have excellent English communication skills-
Should be able to speak English fluently.
Reside in Bangalore only
