Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Work from Home)

Job Overview: We are hiring candidates across India for the position of Customer Service Executive. This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires candidates to have a stable internet connection, a smartphone, or a laptop/desktop. Freshers with adequate knowledge of online demat account opening, bank savings account opening, personal loan applications, and online credit card applications are welcome to apply.

Key Details:
Salary: ₹14,000/- per month (fixed)

Incentives: Based on performance, candidates can earn up to ₹30,000/- per month.

Job Type: Non-target-based. Incentives are provided based on performance.

Work Mode: Remote (Work from home)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.

Assist customers with online account opening procedures.

Provide guidance on loan applications and credit card processing.

Ensure excellent communication and customer service standards.

Requirements:
Knowledge of online demat account opening, bank savings account opening, and online loan/credit card applications.

A reliable internet connection and a smartphone or laptop/desktop.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to open an account using the provided links as part of the selection process.

Selection Process:
1. Account Creation:
Candidates must open a bank account or demat account using one of the links provided in the Google form.

Submit a screen recording or screenshot showing the account approval status.

2. Benefits:

Candidates who complete the above steps will receive a ₹2,000 joining bonus.

Video Documentation and New SIM card will be provided upon selection.
