Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when needed.
2. Relationship Management
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
3. Data Entry & Documentation
- Maintain customer records and interactions in CRM software.
- Log complaints, feedback, and service requests for analysis.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.
4. Product & Service Knowledge
- Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Educate customers on new features, upgrades, and usage tips.
- Assist in cross-selling or upselling relevant products/services when appropriate.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Follow company guidelines and compliance standards in customer interactions.
- Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and response time expectations.
- Gather customer feedback to suggest improvements in service quality.
