Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executive for new batch:
Training will be provided for 15 days.

No. Of vacancy: 12
Responsibilities:

Assisting customers for online purchase of Banking Insurance plans telephonically.
Pitching best suited insurance plans to the customers
Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through B2B sales approach and proper follow ups
Customer Handling - answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction
Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.

Gender: Only Female

Take Home :

For Fresher : 9000 to 12000

For Experience : 11000 to 15000

Salary is solely based on Interview performance.

Age : 21-30

Working Hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
