Customer service executive:

1. Handle outbound inbound calls, emails, chat support for the brand, coordination with logistic partner collect information, and document it .

2. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

3. Have a strong understanding of products to provide accurate information.

4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.

6. Work with other team members to coordinate , resolve and improve customer service.

7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

9. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved
