Job Title: Customer Service Executive (BPO)

Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7 environment)

Experience Required: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Provide information and assistance on products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.

Problem Solving:

Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and finding the best solution.
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities if necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Document all activities and ensure they are compliant with company policies.

Feedback and Improvement:

Collect and provide feedback on customer interactions to improve processes.
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and self-identified areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance.

Adherence to Policies:

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain data privacy and confidentiality as per company standards.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in customer service or a BPO environment.
Knowledge of [BPO industry] products or services.
Multilingual abilities will be an added advantage.
