Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enter feedback forms and other relevant data into our system
2. Ensure the completeness and correctness of the data entered
3 Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
4. Contact existing clients via phone to provide them with program-related information
5. Assist clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have
6. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions
7. Organize and maintain physical files and folders, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
8. Create and update files as required
9. Implement effective filing systems to manage documents efficiently
10. Receive incoming customer calls and address their queries or concerns promptly and professionally
11. Provide accurate information about our program, services, and policies
12. Follow established procedures to resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements:

1. Minimum graduates in any stream
2. Previous experience in data entry, customer support, or related roles
3. Familiarity with CRM software or other data management tools
4. Knowledge of effective customer service techniques
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
