Salary structure:
12,000 (fundamental) + 300 (over 3days orders successfully finished) + performance salary (50/valid order - over the basic quantity)

Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
✅ Assist customers with queries, complaints, and technical support issues.
✅ Provide accurate information about products and services.
✅ Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
✅ Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
✅ Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
✅ Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
