Job Description
- Should be a graduate / intermediate / Computer Basic Knowledge.
- Candidate should be good in communication skills (English and Hindi both)
- Technical support staff in the following areas:
- Should be prefer to travel any time according to site visit plan.
- Instrument / Upgrade / Spares / AMC / Paid support
- Follow up with Customers installation and maintenance of equipment, Under warranty replacements status.
- Computer Skill: Knowledge about MS Office
- Required Good academic record, Good Communication Skills
- Taking follow up with client for escalation of installation / maintenance.
- Able to attend calls and resolve the query.
