Job Description
Designation: Customer Success Executive
Reporting to: Customer Success Manager
Base Location: All over India (hiring for multiple location)
Work Profile:
Maintain a strong relationship with the Key Decision Makers (KDM) across all departments in the client’s organization.
Keep in constant touch with the client and try to gather as much information from the KDM.
You will have to pro-actively connect with the client to get to know the company and requirements better and spend enough time with the KDM and convince the customer on benefits of associating with NISIKI.
Maintain the current relation and work toward increasing the orders share with the customer.
You will have to work towards achieving and over achieving your monthly billing targets.
Prepare and share the sales summary regularly and also share the daily work update with the team.
Plan and organize your travel thoroughly and ensure all clients in the region are visited.
Find new ways to improve the relationship with the client by finding the root cause of an issue and resolving the same for the client.
Co-ordinate with the other department to ensure smooth transition of clients order.
Requirement:
Extensive Travel to various regions in your zone.
Target oriented.
Excellent Communication, logical and interpersonal skills.
Through with MS Office (Excel, word, power-point) and Internet.
Good with calculation and numbers.
Positive attitude and quick learner.
Work as a team rather than individually.
Education:
Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineer or a Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales.
