Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Oversee the onboarding & implementation process for new customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and
requirements.
• Review customer complaints and concerns to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Provide customers with regular updates and best practices.
• Create knowledge base materials and supporting documents.
• Analyze and report on key customer trends and product usage metrics.

a willingness to learn are key.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We're open to diverse educational
backgrounds showing potential and interest in customer success.

Shift Information & Work timing
This role is to service and interact with a prospective customer base in the European and North
American markets and as such you'd be expected to be flexible with timings on given occasions.
