Job Description
1. Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in a timely and accurate manner
2. Work on serving as a liaison between the customer support team, management, and customer to improve customer service and business productivity
3. Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions
4. Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner
6. Track, follow-up, and resolve customer's outstanding issues in a timely fashion
7. Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service
8. Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purposes
9. Assist in training peers on improving customer support service
10. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
11. Conduct customer surveys about the company's service so as to obtain feedback
12. Work on communicating customer feedback to technical and marketing teams in order to develop processes for better serving customers

1. Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
2. Must have English proficiency (spoken and written)
3. Must have Hindi proficiency (spoken)
4. Prior experience in any customer support team will be an added advantage
