Customer Support Analyst - International Voice Process
Excellent communication skills
Mandatory: People in Pune only need to Apply (Work from Office), should be comfortable with the night shift.
• Salary 20,100/- + Cab Facility (1400 deducted) + Shift Allowance (Night shift allowance - 4,000/-)

• Incentive - 3k monthly which will be paid quarterly as 9k (performance-based).

• Looking for an Immediate Joiners

• 5 Days of Working

• Graduate / 12th pass with 6 months of BPO experience

• Job Location – Hinjewadi, Phase 2

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers

• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present

• Ability to concentrate – follow customer's issues without distraction to resolution

• Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response

• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
