Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Problem Resolution

Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, or social media in a prompt and professional manner.

Listen attentively to customer concerns and ask clarifying questions to fully understand the issue.

Provide accurate information and guidance related to the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.

Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Ticket Management

Log and track all customer interactions using the company’s CRM or helpdesk software.

Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and type of issue.

Follow up on open tickets until complete resolution and update the customer regularly on progress.
Product and Service Expertise

Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to provide informed support.

Keep updated with the latest changes in product features, pricing, or policies.

Report bugs, feature requests, or recurring customer feedback to the product or development teams.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention

Build rapport with customers by providing friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented service.

Handle escalated complaints calmly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Contribute to the creation of a positive and trustworthy brand image.
Internal Coordination

Collaborate with other departments (technical, sales, logistics, billing) to resolve customer issues that require cross-functional input.

Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed, ensuring a seamless handover.

Share customer feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Documentation and Knowledge Base

Assist in developing and updating FAQs, help center content, and internal knowledge base articles.

Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to improve team efficiency.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes or reduce repetitive issues through automation or improved training.
