Customer Support Associate (CSA).
- Have to resolute customers query over Call.
- Good computer navigational skills.
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
- 6 days working and any 1-week off.

Job Overview

A Customer Support Associate is responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves answering calls, emails, or chat inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product/service-related queries, complaints, or requests.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer concerns and resolutions.
  • Update CRM systems with relevant customer information.

3. Problem-Solving & Escalations

  • Analyze customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant department or senior support teams.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Support customers in understanding product features and services.
