*Designation: Customer support associate*
*Salary: 12000**Training Stipend- 5k*
*Job Description*
· *Minimum education qualification should be 12th Pass*
· *Hindi communication skill*
· *Male/Female both can apply..*
· *Candidate Should Be Flexible With 8 AM To 8 PM Window ( 9 Hours) ( 8am-5pm; 9am-6pm; 10am-7pm; )*
*Job Location -Hoshangabad Road Bhopal*

Responsibilities:

· Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to products and services

· Provide support for new and existing customers

· Process customer requests and transactions

· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

· Stay up-to-date on products and services

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
