Position: Customer Support Executive - CSE

Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Executive - CSE located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive - CSE will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences to clients, resolving customer issues, and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams. The CSE will also document customer interactions and technical issues for further analysis and tracking.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer issues
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or HSC in any field
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (English, Hindi, Marat)
