Job Designation: Customer Support Executive
Eligibility & Qualification:
- Typing speed and Accuracy: 20 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Fresher / Exp both can apply.
- Grad/ UG both can apply.
- Excellent English & Hindi Communication skills (North Indian Hindi)
- Good thought process.
- International voice or premium domestic customer service experienced.
- 6 days working.
- Candidate should clear Psychometric score of minimum 65%
- Candidate should go through Client round.
- Pre-Hire check to be calibrated to include typing speed, psychometric & language proficiency (written & verbal).
- Candidate should be able to display high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
- Interview Rounds : HR Jam Session, Voice & Accent, Versant, Aptitude Test, Operations Round & Client Round
- Salary : Upto 3 LPA
