Job Description
Job Designation: Customer support
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Role is to take feedback from customers on service ratings provided.
- Handling the premium customer of entire India or particular circle.
- Ensuring customer loyalty and rebuild trust.
- Interfacing with various departments to provide satisfactory resolution to the customers
- Training duration of 30 days will be paid as stipend of INR 300/Day (payable with 1st or 2nd month Salary)
- Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skill both Hindi & English
- Customer orientation.
- No leaves for next 6 months excluding 1 week-off.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- Pick & Drop facility to all employees during odd hours
- Insurance coverage
- State of the Art office environment
- PF & ESI facility
- In-house “On-call doctor” facility
- In-house training & development facility
- Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skill both Hindi & English without MTI (Equivalent to Indian Versant Voice 4)
- Typing Test (Min 25 wpm/80% accuracy)
- Note: Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
