Job Description
Co-ordinate & follow up with the field person for reports on a daily basis. •
Compilation of reports as well mail it to the head of the department on a weekly basis. •
Send assets & receive it to or from a field person as per the requirement
. • Maintaining the records of the documents received from a field person
. • Preparation of the invoices for the work done in field on a monthly basis. • Handling Zone in calling and mailing as per the state allocated
