- Describe products and services over phone
- Make Feedback calls.
- Should be excellent in following up with prospects in order to get customers.
- Candidates should be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Must possess a prior experience in telemarketing.
- Should be able to handle Support and other tasks according to the requirement.
Candidate requirement
- Outbound calling or customer service experience of minimum 1 year.
- Good command on Hindi and English Language.
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in Sales
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Computer literate
- Confident, motivated goal oriented
- Team player
