FEMALES ONLY

Experience in skin clinic will be preferred.
Key responsibilities:

Promptly call and follow up leads, contact potential clients through outbound calls, attend to inquiries, provide necessary information about clinical treatments.
Schedule procedures and doctor consultations.
Maintain high client satisfaction rates, encouraging growth in clinical sales and service quality improvement.
Front office management, appointment scheduling and confirmations, record-keeping.

Ideal candidate profile:
A high performer who can contribute to business growth through bulk calling, rapport-building practices and deliver results with persistent efforts, self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication, efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Tele counselling experience in a skin clinic will be preferred.
