Key responsibilities:
- Promptly call and follow up leads, contact potential clients through outbound calls, attend to inquiries, provide necessary information about clinical treatments.
- Schedule procedures and doctor consultations.
- Maintain high client satisfaction rates, encouraging growth in clinical sales and service quality improvement.
- Front office management, appointment scheduling and confirmations, record-keeping.
