As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth issue resolution, and maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Interaction & Query Handling:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with billing issues, technical problems, or order-related queries.
✅ Problem Resolution & Complaint Handling:
- Identify customer concerns and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary.
- Ensure all customer complaints are resolved within the set timelines.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while assisting customers.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
✅ Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Suggest improvements in customer service processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
