- Night shift
- 5 days working & 2 days weekly off

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Query Resolution:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain customer records, logs, and support tickets.
- Prepare reports on recurring issues and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements based on customer interactions.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes.
5. Achieving Customer Satisfaction & Performance Targets:
- Ensure quick response times and efficient query resolution.
- Meet customer satisfaction and resolution rate targets.
- Identify areas for service improvement and suggest solutions.
