Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Customer Inquiries:

2. Issue Resolution:

Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
3. Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate customer interaction records, including inquiries, feedback, and resolution statuses.

Update customer profiles and input customer feedback into CRM systems.
4. Customer Follow-Up:

Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending issues or requests.

Confirm whether the provided solutions meet customer expectations and if further support is needed.
5. Administrative Support:

Assist in preparing reports or summarizing customer service data as requested.

Support senior customer support executives with tasks such as process improvement documentation and team coordination.
6. Learning & Development:

Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to improve customer support skills.

Gain exposure to CRM software, ticketing systems, and customer service tools used by the company.
