Job Description
- Primary Responsibility:
- To assist students in completing their application forms for admission by providing guidance and support through calls and emails.
- Ensure the students’ queries are addressed and all necessary documentation for the admission process is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with students over phone or email to guide them through the application process
- Assist in completing admission forms and ensuring all required documents are uploaded.
- Resolve any queries the students have regarding the admission process, course details, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.
Job Requirements:
- Languages Required:
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Proficiency in Hindi (required).
- Additional proficiency in any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate clearly.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate application completion.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to address student queries and concerns.
Educational Qualification:
- Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream).
- Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, counselling, or admissions are preferred.
