Job Description

Primary Responsibility:

To assist students in completing their application forms for admission by providing guidance and support through calls and emails.
Ensure the students’ queries are addressed and all necessary documentation for the admission process is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with students over phone or email to guide them through the application process
Assist in completing admission forms and ensuring all required documents are uploaded.
Resolve any queries the students have regarding the admission process, course details, etc.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.

Job Requirements:

Languages Required:

Proficiency in English (required).
Proficiency in Hindi (required).
Additional proficiency in any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate clearly.
Customer-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
Strong attention to detail for accurate application completion.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills to address student queries and concerns.

Educational Qualification:

Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream).
Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, counselling, or admissions are preferred.
