Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels, including email and chat.
Provide professional and courteous responses to customer queries and complaints
Problem Resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
Use established processes and procedures to find solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Documentation:
Accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications using company tools and software.
Performance:
Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines.
Adhere to quality guidelines and standards set by the company.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
