Hiring for Customer Support Executive ( Voice Process )
Fresher - 17k CTC + Benefits Experience - Upto 25k CTC + Benefits

Required Excellent English Communication

Qualification Graduate (mandatory)

Age-32 max

No cab facility will be provided

Shift Timings:* Male: Rotational Shift* Female: Day Shift(any 9 hour shift)
6 working days, 1 rotational offs.

Role and Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and promote products/services.

* Address customer concerns, document interactions, and escalate as needed.

* Understand products/processes, handle irate customers, and meet targets while maintaining qualities
