Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve queries and issues.
  • Provide information regarding products/services in a clear and concise manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduates and Graduates both can apply.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support or related fields.
  • Good communication skills in English 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and CRMs is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Training:

  • 15 days of unpaid training before starting the role.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week with rotating shifts .
