Job Description

Monitor Non-Delivered Shipments: Regularly track and review shipment statuses to identify orders marked as undelivered or delayed.

Generate NDRs: Create and maintain accurate non-delivery reports for all undelivered shipments, ensuring detailed documentation of reasons for non-delivery (e.g., address issues, customer unavailability, etc.).

Investigate Delivery Issues: Work closely with courier partners to investigate reasons for failed deliveries, ensuring thorough follow-up and action.

Liaise with Customers: Contact customers via email or phone to resolve delivery issues, verify shipping information, and coordinate redelivery where necessary.

Coordinate with Internal Teams: Communicate with the customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.
