Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling their questions and complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should be able to efficiently manage multiple customer inquiries, ensure a positive experience for each customer, and contribute to the overall improvement of our customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Inquiries and Issue Resolution

Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
2. Order Management and Support

Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment.

Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.

Ensure that customer records are accurately updated with relevant details about inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
3. Product/Service Knowledge and Training

Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings, pricing, promotions, and updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Assist in creating knowledge base articles or FAQs to improve customer self-service options.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, improve communication skills, and stay aligned with company policies.
4. Maintaining Customer Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and promote customer loyalty.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues or inquiries were successfully resolved.

Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and patience, striving to leave customers with a positive impression of the company.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Log and document all customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in the company’s CRM system for future reference.

Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing common customer issues, trends, and suggestions for service improvement.

Identify recurring problems or trends and report them to the relevant team for further investigation and resolution.
6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with other customer support team members, as well as departments like Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback, provide insights on process improvements, and share best practices for customer service excellence.

Support the team in meeting customer service targets and KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
