Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via call in professional mannerMaintain a thorough understanding of our products
Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively
Identify opportunities for improving customer support processes.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service
Recording and maintaining accurate customer records and information
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Contributing to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
● Graduation is mandatory along with degree/provisional degree
● Good communication

● 6 Days working
● Rotational shift
● Day shifts for female
