Summary:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding company products and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by actively listening to customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Customer Interaction:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Accurately identify customer needs and gather relevant information.
- Explain company policies and procedures clearly to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.

- Handle customer escalations with appropriate procedures.
- Data Management:

- Process orders and payments accurately.
