Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Respond to the incoming enquiries through email and call and get the details on SRF
 Send the quotation to the client after receiving the SRF
 Follow-up with potential client for orders
 Check the equipment and accessories on receipt and record it in the incoming register
 Follow up with Calibration Officer to carry out calibration on time
 Prepare Calibration Certificate after receiving the calibration details from Calibration Officer
 Raise Proforma Invoice Follow up with the client for payment
 To raise e-invoice on Tally Dispatch calibrated instruments
 Get the feedback form filled from the client
 Update the details of the instruments in Master File
 Resolve any query or complaint raised by the client and keep the record of complaint resolution
 Keep the documents updated (as required for quality) at any point of time

SKILLS REQUIRED
 Good communication
 Analytical
 Problem-solving skills
 Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally
