Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and resources.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant department as necessary.

- Educate customers about features, functionalities, and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Document inquiries, complaints, actions taken, and follow-up steps.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Operations) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvements based on customer feedback.
