Job Summary
A Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service through various communication channels like phone, email, chat, or social media. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Query Resolution
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, process refunds, replacements, or escalate issues when necessary.
2. Order & Service Support
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications.
- Support billing, payments, and refunds-related queries.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of service-related concerns.
3. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling queries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer issues and resolutions.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, technical, logistics) to improve service.
