Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, complaints, and issue resolution.
2. Problem Resolution & Escalation
- Identify customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
3. Order Processing & Documentation
- Assist with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Update CRM systems and customer databases with relevant information.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow company policies, scripts, and best practices for customer service.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.
