Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance & Query Resolution:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, loans, credit cards, and other banking services.
- Assist customers in transaction-related concerns, KYC updates, and online banking issues.
- Provide guidance on banking products, interest rates, and investment options.
Complaint Handling & Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department for resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high-resolution rate.
Data Entry & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in banking software and CRM systems.
- Generate reports on customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and financial transactions.
- Educate customers on fraud prevention and secure banking practices.
Sales & Cross-Selling (Optional):
- Inform customers about new banking products, services, and offers.
- Assist in promoting loans, insurance, credit cards, and savings plans.
