Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting (If applicable):

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service improvements.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide seamless support.
