Job Description

Requirement For International Voice 
1 - Experience: 0-3.5years
2 - US Shift (night Shift)
3 -. ⁠Immediate Joining/15 days of Notice Period
4 - Working Location: Noida sector-127 
5 - ⁠Pure voice role
6 -  Salary Upto :- Experience 26500 in hand
7 - Graduation is mandatory (With a passed result)
8 -  Do you have all the documents of your previous company (Offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips of all the companies you have worked)
9 - Working days:- 5 Days working and 2 Weekly offs
10 - Transport both ways

Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, product information, billing questions, and general support issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.  
Minimum eligibility: Graduate in any discipline/Technical Profile (e.g. BE/B.Tech) considered with 6 months of customer service background experience.
