Job Description
- To ensure a superior customer experience by providing excellent support, resolving issues, and achieving a customer satisfaction.
- Obtaining referrals from the existing customers based on the quality of service provided.
- Conduct market research, outreach, and lead generation activities to attract new customers and increase the customer base.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments, addressing any payment-related queries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- Work closely with the vendors to confirm the accuracy of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions, ensuring compliance
- Work closely with the internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
