Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Online Loan Application Processing
* Calling the customers for regarding Loan orders assigned and providing general guidance for the KYC updation and collecting the pending documents who have already applied for loans in the reputed banks.
* Perform a general evaluation of an application (Personal and Business ID documents, etc.)
* Gather all important data from the client (PAN/Aadhar details, GST.)
* Verify information and references by contacting the right sources and updating in the tracker.
* Correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies
* Conduct a final review of the file before closing the application. 

Candidate compulsorily must speak Hindi and English with other linguistic languages.

Desired candidate profile:
* Proven experience as any loan document process or similar position
* Understanding of loan underwriting and processing procedures
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Excellent attention to details about the customer confidential documents
* Minimum 3 months to One years of experience in Loan document verification process will be beneficial.
