Customer Support Executive - US Voice Process

Location: Kolkata

Shift: US Shift (Night)

Salary: Rs 18000-Rs 22000 per month

Minimum Age: 18 to 30 years

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in an International BPO (Inbound process)

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inbound customer calls

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively

  • Convert customer's query calls into sales calls

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Convincing skills to manage difficult conversations

  • Problem-solving skills to provide solutions
